The arbitration proceeding shall be held in Kuala Lumpur under the auspices of Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration and shall be governed by the provisions of the law relating to arbitration for the time being in force in Malaysia namely the Arbitration Act 1952 or any other law amending and replacing this Act. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English language and the award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties.
